	The following application programs developed in the lab may be downloaded from www.flintbox.com. You must first register with Flintbox and obtain the appropriate license before you are permitted to download and install the software. Telomere Measurement Software (TFL-Telo) TFL-Telo is an application program used to estimate the length of telomeres from captured images of metaphases that have been stained for quantitative fluorescence in-situ hybridization analysis. For optimal performance, care in sample preparation, image capture and image analysis should be taken. Follow our recommended methodology described in the reference paper below.
