We are interested in the dynamic behavior of telomeres during
the cell cycle in normal and genetically altered murine
embryonic stem cells. For this purpose we use, for example, murine embryonic stem cells expressing a fluorescent
protein fused to the telomere binding protein TRF1 and DAPI DNA staining.
